Been coaching for 12 years now, mostly working with competitive athletes and folks who wanna get seriously strong. I'm big on building that foundation first - you can't skip the basics and expect to hit PR's safely.
Mon-Fri: 6am-2pm, 5pm-8pm

Performance Specialist
I work with a ton of runners and endurance athletes. Used to compete in triathlons myself, so I get the grind. These days I'm all about helping people stay injury-free while they chase down those race goals.

Played college ball back in the day, now I'm working with high schoolers trying to get scholarships and adults who miss being explosive. Speed and agility's my jam - we'll work on making you quicker, not just bigger.

I'm the nutrition nerd around here, but don't worry - I'm not gonna tell you to eat chicken and broccoli forever. We'll figure out what actually works for YOUR life. Also pretty handy with bodybuilding prep if that's your thing.

Recovery & Mobility Expert
If you're dealing with nagging injuries or you're stiff as a board, that's where I come in. Spent years rehabbing my own busted shoulder, so I know how frustrating it is when your body won't cooperate.

I run most of our group classes and honestly, they're a blast. If you're intimidated by one-on-one training or just like the energy of working out with others, come check out what we're doing.

New clients get their intro session at half price. It's basically a get-to-know-you workout where we figure out what makes sense for your situation.
