So I figured, why not build something different? A place where high-performance training wasn't just about crushing yourself in the gym but actually understanding what your body needs to perform better.
Started with just me, a garage, and five local athletes who were willing to try something new. No fancy equipment, just solid programming and honest feedback.
Opened our first real facility on West Broadway. Word got around that we actually cared about long-term results, not just monthly memberships.
Brought on specialists in nutrition, mobility, and sports psychology. Started seeing clients break through plateaus they'd been stuck at for years.
Now we've got a full team of coaches who've competed at national and international levels. We've worked with everyone from weekend warriors to pro athletes, and honestly, that mix keeps us sharp.
